Went in to try a few beers during a hockey game. Service was super friendly, helpful and quick. Atmosphere was fun, buzzing but not too loud. Didnt eat but food looked good, will be back!

OK. It’s a nice enough pub with good food and drink. But I’m giving it one star because their management kicked out our monthly chess club; apparently it didn’t fit with their desired “image.” We had 30 people coming into their establishment every month who wouldn’t have been there otherwise. We never had any issues there, but they kicked out this nice community group. Boo St Augustine’s!

Their pizzas are seriously unlike anything I've ever tasted before. They're hands down the best in town, with such a light and easy-to-eat crust and toppings that won't leave you feeling overly stuffed, even after polishing half-off pie.

I didn't eat anything - but my friend ordered nachos - there was barely any cheese on it. Took 20 mins to get a drink, and kept getting forgotten about. Took 20 mins to get the bill, went up to pay myself at the bar since I had to leave - just generally felt forgotten about.

I had a late night meal with my two good friends, and we were very pleasantly surprised about the food. I thought it would be like any other pub food but portions were massive and the taste is basically like a 5 star restaurant pub and most importantly our waitress Janine made our experience even better. I would definitely recommend this to any locals and tourist a like!!!!!!

If you like a crisp thin crust pizza this is your place (I prefer a pizza with a little more chew & thicker crust). Pizza comes out hot, large beer selections, friendly staff, close to the skytrain. Chairs are uncomfortable, and when games are on they have it turned up quite loud (I sound like an old lady I realize that).

First and foremost, I was here for Industry Apizza. As a self-proclaimed pizza fanatic, I love trying new pizza places as they imerge upon the scene. The only pizza I've had to date was the Italian Stallion. Great pie, as this pizza uses bread flour for the crust, it has a crispness and less chew than the places that use '00' flour. Great fresh tomato sauce and all the different meats. It was to say the least GREAT!! Certainly worth a try if you like thin crust pizza. As an added bonus, the on tap selection has pretty much something for you in between those delicious bites of pizza.

Went down last night because I just happen to hear of the New Haven pizza. It was hockey night and the place was in full swing.Great staff, helped me out immediately. Took my order. 15-20 minutes later my pie came out. I got the Italian stallion. BEST CHOICE! Will be back for the others soon.Such a refreshing take on pizza, Connecticut style. And perfectly appropriate to be on the drive that’s full of choices!I’m Riggz the host of the Zero Fux Given podcast and I was 100% satisfied with everything!

This place is a great staple of the Commercial Drive area, serving a large selection of drinks and good food. This location seems to be frequented by people for work events, perhaps because it's conveniently located. The food items are quite good, with nice variety and some decent deals in the happy hour menu. Outside of happy hour, the value proposition is weaker. The drinks menu has a lot of craft beers and other drinks, so you'll definitely have something to try.Service was fine, but it can be slow when things are busy. The servers were pleasant and willing to answer questions about the menu.Overall, it's worth coming here but I think there are more exciting options in the area to try first.

The food was good, but the service there is so bad. I’m not sure why everyone who works there seems so miserable. The 2 hostesses were so rude to us the moment we walked in. Kept telling us there was a waitlist, even though we found out after we were the only ppl on the waitlist? They literally were trying to convince us not to wait for a table. My husband asked, would you wait for the pizza or just leave, and she said “I would just leave”? We decided to still wait and got a table 5 min later… Not sure why the moment we got there they were trying so hard for us to leave? I don’t usually use this word very often, but it felt very racist ?. Once seated our waitress had the same energy as the hostesses. Just cold & unfriendly. Pizza was good but would never want to return to be treated like that.
