Stayed in the hotel for the week, the only negative thing I can say is the Mac and cheese on the kids menu $7+ for Kraft dinner, it's not hard to make a good Mac and cheese. The servers are amazing, especially 1 young gentleman. I cannot thank him enough for the way he treated the kids! All the servers were great, he just went beyond!

The best part of the restaurant is the service. Minh is the best. He guided us to certain items on the menu. All his choices were very good. We were staying at the hotel and had dinner two different nights. Be sure to ask for Minh. He is awesome!

I love the buffet breakfast at Stages Bistro and Lounge. They have an awesome buffet breakfast available until 11 am weekdays, noon on weekends and holidays. $21 all inclusive! Sausage, bacon, boiled and scrambled eggs(other eggs cooked to order upon request), hash browns, cook your own toast(whole wheat, white and rye). Coffee and fruit juice included as well as cold or hot cereal as well as a fruit bar!Parking: Three floors of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids menu availableWheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair entrance is on the street, inside access doesn't have wheelchair access.

Had an early evening meal as we had an early start the next day. Our waiter was charming and attentive however the food (sliders & potato skins) whilst full of promise were tepid which distracted from the potential enjoyment. Overall the promise fell short of the delivery with service being the saving grace.

I am an IMG Gold Elite Member and use IHG Hotels and their facilities a lot. We an appointment in the area and decided to participate in the buffet breakfast which was a mistake. First of all the plates for the plates were all cold and there was no device to heat them. Choices of hot food were limited to a cold egg ensemble, sausage cakes which tasted like cardboard, extremely fat bacon, potatoes and one other. This is the worst buffet breakfast that I have experienced at an IHG Hotel in the last 25 years. I have never marked any other hotel or restaurant with one - I will have to look for a new place in the area for breakfast . It doesn't take a lot but these guys could do much better with a little investment.

A surprise for a hotel restaurant. Given a captive market, hotel restaurants are usually so-so. That is not the case here. Service from Sandy was just outstanding. Professional and attentive. The food was excellent - almost too hot to eat. That's rare these days. Ate 3 meals there, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clubhouse was excellent. Would go again and recommend to others.

Good food. Lighting not so good for those of us with poor eyesight. Had to find a bright light to be able to read menu. Amazing team struggling with staff shortages
