I ordered a chai tea here. I asked them do they serve loose leaf tea (I don’t drink from tea bags anymore as I learned that in hot water they produce toxic chemicals from the plastic). The employee said no but they can cut open the bag. Not only was she unfriendly and irritable, she left the tea bag inside. I don’t know how she could mess up such a simple order and on top of that, the tea was basically tasteless for a chai tea. No doubt I’ll be making my own tea now.

I ordered iced americano. The staff extracted the espresso directly into a plastic cup. I had to worry about exposure to environmental carcinogens. This is a very dangerous act of customers having to worry about health and safety. They need to be retrained. No one wants to drink hot espresso extract dissolved in plastic cup.

anyone else get a bad coffee from this coffee shop i support independent and local now..This may sounds strange but im like 95 perccent sure about 3 years ago i was in this starbucks buying a coffee and it seemed like the sugar packet was a different color from the normal sugar packets! Suddenly around the same time i started talking to myself outloud! and the sugar package was a light green rather than the normal white or brown sugar packages! I seen a lot of people talking to themselves and this starbucks is even hidden off the radar on google maps like they dont want people knowing!ANYWAYS i would watch out if people are serving bad coffees to people for that same time period i seen a lot of people talking to themselves out loud or yelling also graffiti by sugar and i swear this starbucks poisoned me years back!Good thing im seeing more starbucks move out from vancouver!Know your barista
