There is a big difference in Starbucks prices in Canada. A short sized cappuccino + double shot is $6.14 for no reason?
I ordered a honey oat latte. I got my drink and it was a plain latte. The side of the cup said L. Weird when the girl repeated my order why makeup the order yourself.I told them I didn’t order this. The barista remade my drink, but it still tasted off. I think there was dairy in it. He didn’t mark the side of the cup. I didn’t bother going back because I would be late for work. I pay $5.20 for a coffee it should be made right. I shouldn’t have to question my drink twice. And I am lactose intolerant, but what if it was an allergy. The staff here don’t care. They care more about socializing than getting the orders right.

Today is my birthday. I received a birthday drink voucher from Starbucks APP and showed it to the clerk at this store. She said that their store does not provide birthday drink! Not a word of happy birthday, just a expressionless face! It's my first time encountering such a rude waiter, and her rudeness shocked me! I prefer rating zero star if possible !!
