Honestly. Whoever worked the evening shift is not a great person. (The day shift people are amazing people though, they are all sweathearts and hard workers.)Literally had to argue with the person at the evening shift there who I don’t think was a manager or supervisor. Honestly not so happy about the situation that happened that shouldn’t have happened. It’s annoying as hell.

Have you ever encountered such a situation?I've always liked their lemon loaf,In the past, they all unpacked and put them in paper bags, but today I got them in plastic bags. I accidentally noticed that the production date turned out to be August 28, 2023. The thrill in my heart makes me feel that I have been eating, and I feel terrible. I will never eat again.It's terrible. . . .

Sitting inside, blasted with hard background music, I and my cup of coffee literally got attacked by at least 3 flies that suddenly appeared. Does anyone responsible for hygiene at all in this shop?

Another terrible starbucks and of course run by mostly Asians, typical! They suck at running starbucks locations, dirty filthy all the time. And now close early when ever they feel like it. Maybe starbucks should only hire white canadian born managers who know how to run a location and keep it to standards .

I ordered a venti sized drink costing 7$ dollars and they gave me a half full drink in a venti cup. Mix ratio for the drink was off and tasted disgusting. Maybe i'll try another day with another better bartender .

Saturday September 2 around 10 am to 11 am we dropped by to pick up a free birthday drink and we have been waiting for 35 minutes on the side the lady served like 40 drinks already ahead of us this is the only time for the last 20 years we have been a Starbucks customer we shouldn’t have gone to this place it made us all wait (the whole family was waiting) in the car which ruined our birthday celebration plans.
NO ONE IN HERE..two hot drinks taking 15 mins to do . slowest service ever experienced. unbelievable how management allows this. Barista literally leaned back on counter taking her time instead of prepping drinks. Maybe over worked? Not sure ..made zero sense at all.

Where do we start. Well let's give a huge thanks to the staff. They do an amazing job to execute their customers orders. Considering how much foot traffic goes through that location on a daily basis. Now the food some things are very good on certain things and some are not, can't blame the staff. That's a production line issue. Lol..atmosphere is always busy.

I am regular customer of 49th Ave Starbucks location because the service was always good. Today I ordered my Trente size to try passion fruit drink. When I picked up, the foam in my drink was too much. I let the foam melted itself and the drink was as much as grande size. I asked some water and told the staffs that my drink was like grande size instead of Trente size. Anya gave me water and offered me some more passion fruit juice. Thank you Anya for your best hospitality service. I wish that the staff who made my drink would be aware the different size of drinks. I give 5 stars because of Anya's attention to customer.
