I was celebrating my Bday, so I was really happy to get my first-time beverage gift ? But when I arrived, I asked the lady which drink she recommends to me, She gave me an option and I picked that drink, and I said to her It's my birthday and I would like to exchange my gift. She was kind of angry and said to me “You have to tell me that before” I was surprised and said “ok” so she didn't tell me more I waited for my drink and there wasn't any message or even my name on the drink. It was sad, I wasn't expecting that experience on my special day!

As a business owner, I know how much effort goes into being excellent and the staff at this location are truly remarkable. No matter how busy they are, they acknowledge you by greeting you when you walk in and this is pervasive throughout the culture of staff working there. More importantly, they do this consistently (I am there weekly at the same time always) and the service is always the same. Especially with my difficult nickname "Ameshasepanta", I am surprised how much an effort they put in to get my name right. Koodos to you amazing staff!
