The people working were so kind, Marty was such a great till worker, positive energy and great conversation about her trip to Seattle where she got to try a bit more of the Starbucks world! The guy making my drink, I missed his name unfortunately, but he was sooo nice too!! My espresso shots Definitely sat a little long which leads to a more bitter taste but it’s still great!?. (as a starbucks worker it’s hard to have a drink made by someone else sometimes, and he did a wonderful job and was accommodating to my needy requests?☺️) ! So nice to meet kind people, puts a good look on a place as someone from out of town!

The waitress at the counter who took orders was very nice. I didn't mind asking her to use translation software to call me because my English was not good. She was very friendly.

Stars are for arth. I saw his nametag. I went there for a brownie. Girl working there said we are out of it. But he got me one from a new box. Thanks arth……

Asked at the counter for a big cardboard box as we found a dying pigeon. A 2 second job to help us out and the little lady 8.30 ish, Sunday 5th 2023 could not be bothered. I asked about the boxes behind her that had 1 sleeve of cups in and she was so lazy she just said naaaaaah and it wasn't even busy. I hope she learns to show a little love

I went there yesterday with friends, it wasn’t even busy. The service was bad, the cashier (a guy) was inpatient the whole time when taking orders with only THREE customers (old man, me, and a lady)

Extremely small Starbucks, better do Mobile order and pick up at this location.

Arguably one of the busiest Terminus Stations, this Waterfront Station gives off modest Grand Central Station vibes.Location can make or break the success of any given store, so if you're lucky enough to be situated here, you'll be laughing your way to the bank.Eateries like Rogue Wetbar, Subway, Chronic Tacos, and A&W, I can understand, as they're popular in their own right. But other places like Jugo Juice and Body Energy Club must have saw the wisdom in handing over whatever sizable amount of rent necessary in order to set up shop here, figuring that the location would pay for itself.I have to assume that is the case, as otherwise, I really can't see hoards of people fighting their way to get to either of these places. I have walked by both places at random times, and they are usually devoid of customers, so even with the added boost of a high traffic location, they still aren't particularly popular.Starbucks is an infamously popular choice for drink lovers alike, so they have no shortage of patrons wherever they are. But since this location is literally rife with a neverending supply of customers, there is always a lineup regardless of what time of day it is.This particular occasion was no exception. I already woke up at the crack of dawn to line up for the special Trolleybus Compass Pass at the Translink Centre next door to Starbucks, so Hell, what's another 10 minutes for a Java Chip Frappuccino?Friendly and efficient, the servers here know what they're doing, so even though there will probably be a bit of a wait, you're in good hands.

I bought a marble cake frappe (custom order), and it was so good! The line was short and this Starbucks is literally just inside Waterfront station, easy accessibility for people using the sky train! It's small but it's just as good as any other Starbucks!

They’re so busy during morning rush, the baristas are working non-stop. Even so they still did a good job getting to the details of my order. Mobile recommended if in a rush though. Would be nicer if they have a bigger mobile pickup area.

The staff are kind and fast but I order three times a week ahead and only once a week do they get it right - I order a different hot drink every time and they always make it iced lol. The mobile order ticket leaves no room for misinterpretation so it's almost impressive at this point. I kept just telling them I wanted hot but I'll drink the iced because I don't want to waste a drink or their efforts. I absolutely hate cold coffee so today I got a bit fed up with paying for something I'm just choking down and let them remake it. I waited and waited for it to be remade. I am now late for work. Turns out they had within minutes (so fast) just no one told me it was done lol.I think they're a very swamped location so if you're picky about your drinks, go to the one by Canada Place instead. If you're fine with a roulette, proceed. They really are so fast and despite the rush they come across so friendly.

It can get really busy during peak hours, the staff efficiently managed the flow, ensuring that everyone got their orders without undue delays. I felt well taken care of, even during the hustle and bustle of a busy morning.
