Went here for my sister craving as she was in the hospital so this was closest to us , we walked and it was late evening. Walked in and there was a line, and ONLY ONE WORKER, WORKING! WOW. Through a weekday. We're fifth in line to order and was she taking the orders. By time she got too us, atleast four people had left cause they couldn't wait nor want to wait in line for a long time. I think we waited almost 15 mins til we got served. We sat by the window in front, the table was very un even...and the sits were loose as well. Needs to fix their store workers on how long and when there should be more on busy days or evening's. And there sitting area as well! Wpuld of been more but not after this visit which was two weeks ago!Parking: It's small parking for them to have limited parking especially when other businesses are there as well. It's pack sometimesKid-friendliness: No kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: The front door way needs to be more open as customers are waiting in line have.limted space only when waiting..and what happens if someone is in a wheelchair where would they eat or get in and wait? Not much space for waiting or space for people to walk around.
Owners or workers at this subway very rude, they always tell you, washroom out of order. Big time liars, even if you are customer they still say no to washroom. Worst place to go in Vancouver !

Extremely rude staff, and they have a perfectly good washroom that they placed a fake out of order sign on. They'll only open it for you if you're nice. They did for me but not for others. Pretty rude.Also the sandwich smelled funny and the quality is pretty bad. Only subway I've been to in a while I won't return too.

Disappointed went in today & began to place my order. When asked if u wanted my sandwich toasted - I replied "yes - for half the time" (knowing it would be about 17secinds)The worker put my sandwich in for the full time (35seconds) & wasn't paying attention- she was too busy reading messages on her watch. When I pointed out to her that I asked for half the time she walked to the oven & took the sandwich out & said here. I said that isn't walhat I had asked for. She did not offer to make a new one, so I left. Very disappointed.I have never had this issue.
