We went this location on 5th April 2024 at6 -6.15p.m and the girl who at front was the rudest employee I have ever seen in a restaurant. She was talking in a very aggressive tone and we came back without order anything because of her unpleasant, unprofessional and rude behavior. Never come to this location again. Worst customer service.

Every time washrooms are out of service.. but staff is using that even if customer is asking who’s are coming for food its locked . Which is not good because sometimes customer have to wash hands also.

I always go to this store, everything’s good here. Today, I went there around 6-6:15p. The girl there was so rude, no greet, nothing. The footlong was a disaster, very few amount of veggies & everything was messed up in it.Never experienced this customer service here or any other place. Other employees are good.

Great service, girl who works in the morning always remember my sandwich exactly the way i order . I go to this subway 2-4 times a week but, once i visited after a month and she greeted me with a huge smile and still made my sandwich by just confirming with me. Isnt it amazing !!!

I have visited this subway multiple times. The fountain machine here never works, yet a clean place, which I believe is something the owner should work on. Secondly, I would like to give a special shout-out to Sunpreet who is very kind and professional at her job. Every time I see her, I get to have the best sandwich I haven't ever had. She is very quick and efficient and makes sure that the customer is getting worth the price. Her customer service and interpersonal skills are so good that it makes me go to this place over and over again.I would really recommend her to anyone who likes to have subway food. I'm definitely gonna come back to her!!
