Multiple Indian employees all speaking very loud in Hindi, in spite that they are all capable of speaking English. Canada is an English speaking country.

I went there for the first and only time) today, as I happen to be working in the area. Sandwich is ok, but worst service. Theyb don't appear to want to be there (3 female staff). I really dislike poor service. It's not the customer's fault you are there. If you don't like it, find something else. If you can't find anything else, figure out why (attitude maybe?). If I work in the area again, I won't visit this location.

Went and ordered a "Little Italy".The employee was an absolute mess.Firstly, they put avocado instead of pesto. When I said "I believe that is supposed to be pesto not avocado" they bent down, laughed. And then asked if I was okay with avocado.I said no thank you.They then got a new piece of bread while speaking to their co-worker. Heated the bread. They then took the meat and cheese off the previous sandwich and unceremoniously put it on the newly heated sub.They had me pay while the first sub was heating (that was fine with me).Once she had made the second sandwich, she went to charge me a second time. I told them I already paid. They laughed, and then gave me my sandwich.This experience was not acceptable, andI will not be going back to that location.

Small portions compared to other subways. 17 dollars for the stampede brisket and not even close to the portion of proteins in the photo. Pop machine hasn’t been working long time, forcing you to buy a bottled drink if you want. Also watching the staff take cash with gloves on, the go back to making sandwiches…

Ordered for take-out.Able to pick up my order on time as per on the app. Quick and easy.However, they got my order with some mistakes. Asked for Classic Italian Herbs & Cheese but just given normal classic bread. Ordered the Rotisserie-Style Chicken… look at picture, it barely have any chicken. Also asked for MORE lettuce and spinach… it only has a little inside. Compare to Subway picture, it is less than half the size.Maybe someone who orders in restaurant might have better experience since you can actually watch them putting in the ingredients. Feels like they are cutting cost due to inflation?

I wish i could give this place a 0 star. The girl working today during 4-5 pm was extremely rude and portrayed a racist behaviour. No sense of customer service at all. The owner should really rethink about their quality of staff considering the number of bad reviews only for their staff.

The sandwich maker, a short chubby female acted like she doesn't want to work there. Spoke to customers without looking at them. Asked what options do they offer, pointed at a label far side and said it's all there. This is the first and last time I visit this location.

I give this location a lot of business since I live/work nearby, however, after today's experience I won't be back.I ordered the Great Canadian Club which comes with turkey and ham. I do not like ham so I asked if I could just get extra turkey instead. The very abrupt woman told me "no, you cannot," and continued to put ham on the bread anyway. I calmly explained I didn't eat ham and she said that she can substitute for turkey or chicken, but would charge me. I told her that didn't make sense and she then proceeded to lecture me that "deli meats are too expensive," and they could not accommodate my request. She then blamed this ridiculous "rule" on the owner of the location.So I asked then instead to just give me the cheap processed pepperoni (which is clearly not as expensive) as a solution, and she still said that she would charge me.In the end I decided it wasn't worth arguing with her and said to just leave the ham off, which she did. I found it funny though that for someone so concerned about the cost of deli meat, she still charged me full price even though I didn't get the ham.Also, as she was putting veggies on my sub, her coworker comes over and they start whispering to each other in another language; it was pretty obvious they were talking about me. Pretty bad service overall.To the owner (not that you'll even read this) - when you have regular customers like myself who are treated in disrespectful manner, its a great way to lose us as patrons.

Their work hours are untill 8 or 9 pm but their ubereats orders is always off even at 6 7 pm and you can't order
