Their staff is very arrogant, they don’t know how to service their customers with good service. Harsh is the name of the employee who served me, and she don’t even know that if somebody did order of foot long wrap and told to divide it in two, then it needs to pack separately too. After requesting them to do, they said you have to tell us to pack separately. Like seriously bro, you don’t have some conmen sense for taking order.

The staff here working named “HARMAN” attended me and my friend around 7 30pm. She was so RUDE and the way she was dealing with her customers was not at all acceptable. I am regular customer at this subway place. Usually after my workout at club16 i come here for my meal. It was a thanksgiving day and wasn’t at all thankful.Very bad experience!!

We were walking around the Port of Vancouver area looking for a quick breakfast. Staff here did not seem happy to be at work, not rude but no smiles or chitchat. She made our breakfast subs and potato buns ok but wasn't friendly. Food was hot and decently priced.

The best customer service when it comes to subways
Average Subway, had an average sandwich, experienced below average service. It was close, I was hungry, sat outside and enjoyed the views.
I’m sure the owner would be happy to know their staff turn off the lights and lock the door 30 minutes before close
Price, food quality and service typical of franchise. Nice central location in convention center area as well as near Canada Place.
