Such a bright, beautiful space with delicious pastries and coffee! Sweet Thea Bakery has become our go-to for breakfast or an afternoon treat. Some of our favourites are the cheddar jalapeno pull-apart bun, green eggs and ham, and ham and cheese croissant. They use fresh and high-quality ingredients and you can see them make it all through the glass!

Best sausage roll Ive had in a long time. Reasonable prices. Don’t miss out on picking up a loaf of Garlic Rosemary Sourdough. Hope they add sandwiches to the menu soon!

Stopped by during the soft opening and it is nice place with spacious seating. It was the first time I was given a coffee mug with no saucer so I had to grab it myself - just an afterthought. The service was friendly, however, tipping options on the machine were excessive starting at 25% as the first option.

Such a wonderfully diverse set of offerings, I'll have to be back many times to try it all! The "green eggs and ham" was a delightful surprise.

Have been going to this place in its prior location for years; great baked goods, and great service (staff was attentive yet personable). Sadly, the new location has all the ambiance of a factory; now its just crammed with tables, and "customer service" feels like a production line. My first visit to the new location will be my last. Another great spot lost.

Another place without charm. Better than others that have a completely sterile atmosphere but still sacrifices comfort and coziness for easy to clean furniture.Pastries are good “for the gram” but forgettable. They use another classic southwestern Canadian coffee brand that proliferates in the lower mainland; Sour and fruity.I do not partake in the effort to try to make coffee taste like something “new and exciting”Don’t know what’s wrong with coffee tasting like coffee. Coffee shops give in to brands who give them beans for cheap and are trying to cultivate a culture of what’s incorrectly named “Pacific Northwest” personality where coffee is sour and beer is hoppy.Still trying to find coffee-tasting coffee in Vancouver.I don’t partake

I’ve loved Sweet Thea ever since I found them at the farmers market! So happy for them to move into this bright and shiny, huge new space. If you’re in the market for fresh bread (nine grain honey is my fav), superb baked good (breakfast buddy is my fav) and a well crafted cup of coffee you’re in the right place. The big windows make it a perfect spot to sit and bask in the sun with your coffee. My only qualm is that there’s no wifi connection for me to study or work on papers but i will be back regardless.
