This used to be a neighbourhood staple, What happened? The food has gone downhill which is such a shame as the other locations have amazing food. Grabbed a burrito for take out that was just gross- greasy, no flavour, no sauce and my last few dine in meal wasn't good either.

I order lunch from here about 3 times per week and it's always fantastic. The Brussel Sprout Taco is the best in my opinion, although everyone in the office loves the Chicken Burrito. Can't go wrong either way!

I’ve been coming here for many years, but in the past year+ it’s become so inconsistent on top of price increases that I won’t be returning any more. Today, I had a Pacific Cod burrito which is supposed to include tempura battered cod. The batter tasted like corn meal and oil, and there was almost no fish in it. I am honestly confused about the person who made this and thought it was fine to send out. The two stars are because the service is fine and the store itself is very nice. Also the loaded tots are (usually) great.

Great service! Fun friendly atmosphere. As an electrician I absolutely loved the crazy light fixtures in here. Had the pork al pastor burrito bowl and the vegan cauliflower burrito bowl. Hearty satisfying meals with a large portion size. The classic lime margaritas were also fantastic.Vegetarian options: A couple good vegan options. The cauliflower burrito bowl is delicious.

If you are looking for authentic tacos, this isn't the place. They serve amazing mexican-westcoast tacos! Burritos are as great. The drinks are unique and tasty.

What happened to this place? It used to be great! There was a time when this place was a favourite, with great atmosphere, and great food and drinks. It seems it’s time has past though. Tacos were dry and not nearly as good as they used to be. God awful teen pop music from 2017 blaring. Staff were new, not overly friendly, and preoccupied with their cell phones behind the bar. Seeing as it was empty at 7pm, maybe everyone else has already realized these things though…

Everything was ice cold. The burrito bowl that should've had hot ingredients on it were all cold. The fried chicken was cold and soggy, the rice was cold and crunchy, and the portion was really small. The restaurant was freezing and the price I paid for everything was not worth it. I would not recommend their burrito bowls. I have eaten at tacofino before and it was good, this was incredibly disappointing. Felt like a big waste of money. I could've made something better at home. Service was fine but it wasn't good.

Tacofino was one of the few places during COVID that one could get a fine take-out meal. I went for an in-person experience recently and loved the tacos, having only had their take-out burritos previously. The taco tastes and textures were exceptionally good and the service was so friendly. The beer selection was also impressive.
