We booked the Basement at the Hotel Belmont for a private event and it was such a hip vibe. The atmosphere with the lighting, music and overall design really impressed our guests. On top of the that, the staff was very friendly and the bartenders were quickly serving up drinks to everyone. Overall a very smooth and easy process, I would highly recommend booking for a private event or party!

My friend wanted to smoke shisha and when we searched for it we found this plase and went there so , there was a nice staff who told us that they don’t provide Shisha in this branch but the Burnaby, it’s better to update the information about this lounge

I hosted a private event here, and the food, atmosphere and hospitality were all top notch! The staff are so warm and friendly, and everyone went above and beyond to make for a memorable night for my team and my guests. Would definitely recommend booking this venue for an event.

We booked the Living Room for a mid week corporate event. We had over 100 people in attendance and booked the upper mezzanine. Food and more importantly the servers were great! Super attentive and ensured all our guests were taken care of during the evening. Ambience was nice and cozy with a ladi back vibe. Our guests felt right at home. Great job Amanda and team!

Looks a lot nicer on the inside! Cosy, great drink selection, friendly staff.
Music was way too loud and service was poor. It was my friends birthday and they pressured us out after 90 minutes. Everything is overpriced for the experience. Our table spent $300 on poor service and a mandatory 18% gratuity for McDonald's service. Never coming here again there are better hookah places. Don't waste your time.

Sooo disappointing!Yesterday I ordered chicken wings for a pick up. And look - just a bone without a meat??? You selling it for $20All other pieces were extremely overcooked. Will not recommend this place and will never come back here again!

Could not be happier with how my event went at the Living Room! Not only was booking the space made super easy by Kylene on the Events Team, but the service provided to us the night of from Shay was excellent! Both ladies were extremely attentive and lovely to work with.The food was delicious (we order many servings of the bao buns and dumplings) and cocktails were excellent ? I would absolutely have another event, or smaller gathering with friends, there.As for the ambiance, as someone who went to the Belmont frequently before the renovations, I'm very impressed with the facelift its been given!
