I have been avoiding from a long time to write anything for the sake of their old staff. However, their new staff is bad at their job, they won't stop messing up. And It's not the first time, the new girls have zero customer service, which is fine, but messing up order and not even able to recognizing the customers who comes daily, is ridiculous. I ordered Original Blend Coffe with 2 creams and this dark roast with 1 cream is what I get.

Ordered an iced cap, honey cruller, a wrap, and wedges. Disappointed to find no iced cap or honey cruller upon opening. If specific items aren't available, either replace them with something similar or cancel my order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first occurrence at this store. Won't be returning to this location.

Please read the order display list properly. I ordered two stepped tea with 3 milk and 3 sugar but I received only stepped tea without any sugar or milk. Please give a proper training to your staff. This thing happened when the store was not busy.Please look into it.
