Very rude customer service. No thank you. I was expected to order in 10seconds. They dont give a second to customer to think what they gonna order. A girl whose name starts with V took my order. The look she gave me was very rude. You should talk to customer in nice tone.

It's terrible that they have two bathrooms and that the employees don't lending it, it is a cafeteria, it sell drinks! Clients need bathrooms sometimes! My friends and I ordered drinks and sandwiches.They said someone had left the keys inside. But moments later someone from the staff entered one of the bathrooms. I wait outside to enter. When she came out the very rude lady came up to the table to say that the bathroom is only for employees! Terrible service at the checkout too, the staff is not friendly. Better go to Starbucks or some other coffee shop in the area.

This happens multiple times per week while I'm in this store regardless of my feedback. When approached, employees usually just go back to work without a word and leave me standing there dumbfounded.Example of cross contamination :Employee opens metal container holding bacon, employee notices white/clear packaging inside the container that I assume was holding bacon, employee uses the tongs she used for the sausage in the warming tray and grabs the plastic packaging from the bacon container and shoves it (and the tongs) into the garbage receptacle before grabbing bacon using the same tongs and placing it on my order. I quietly take her aside and explain the issue and she argues that they weren't the same tongs she used for the hash brown and I repeated myself "yes but you placed the bacon/sausage tongs into the garbage can" and she just walks away and starts working again without saying anything?Random examples of issues less serious:1.) Have had moldy buns served to me2.) Have had hash browns / Fries - basically anything that sits in the warming trays be served long after whatever time limit is set - food is beyond edible at that point3.) Staff argue with other customers or ignore them completely when they get orders wrong or face any criticism about anything4.) They constantly get orders wrong - I've questioned staff if they "put x on my food" because I requested otherwise and they always assure you with a smile that its correct (it isn't)Example of not giving caring at all:Go get a sandwich at this place, its laughable - its like nobody has ever made a sandwich before. The meat comes pressed together (as meat normally does) and they just grab the whole slab, fold it and put it on the bread! A giant meat cylinder on every sandwich. Absolutely zero quality control when it comes to food compared to every other location (20+) that I've been to and this is my home location.Room for improvement:They constantly run short of things like hash browns, wedges or anything else that has a 5+ minute prep time during rush periods. They often "don't serve" various items that appear on their advertising screen above the tills? I've never heard of this? Isn't this some kind of false advertising if you don't even have the products you're advertising? They had "large" sandwiches at one point a long time ago but said they don't carry large buns so they don't serve them as an example but it happens with donuts / drinks etc.I admit that the last two complaints are extremely knit picky but I don't intend to return to this location so I won't be complaining again. Can't believe this place stays open when it's openly disrespecting everyone that lives in this community and chooses to waste their hard earned money on this absolute CRAP.

Bad customer service. Ordered a jalapeño pastry but got the garlic one . Ordered no sugar coffee but got 2 sugar in the coffee. Nobody listens to the customers if they complain to the staff

Last night I ordered a tea with no sugar I repeated my order again to make sure the cashier understood what I have ordered. When I got my order she added sugar in my drink. I asked her to change my drink but she started arguing and refused to change my drink, and in a bad manner she told me to shut up. I was so embarrassed front of my friend, so my friend and I left the coffee shop without my drink. I couldn't believe it about her customer Service. I'm regular customer. I have been coming to this coffee shop for years. I'm so disappointed.

To the young guy working with the beard today at 1:15pm on nov 8th 2023 who thinks it’s okay to interrupt customers and ignore there requests then gives the wrong order to his coworker then argue with the customer myself . I hope you get retrained cause you’re horrible at customer service.

Ordered chilli ....noOrdered a sandwich....noOrdered a iced cap. .....noOnly coffee and a couple of doughnuts Left...2 hrs till you close .Wow.... nothing changes....tried again... not going to waste my time on a 3rd visit.Shame that the owner/operator has no business sense ?You're THE ONLY Tim Hortons in the westend.... AND near English Bay....you turned away several people who tried to order when I was there tonight at 7:45 PM

I go here often, and the service and quality is always ok. I would recommend going here for a snack, coffee, sandwich and more. Though, I do wish they served alternative options for more meals, as sandwiches are one of the only meal-type foods available. Overall, good quality and service. Not the best I’ve seen but I’ll keep coming here.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a lot, most(maybe even all) of the options are kid approved, from the hot chocolate to the donuts and sandwiches. This is a great place to bring your little joy for a quick snack, even though the options are rather sweet.
