I used to be a customer for this store. I went there this morning. I didn’t buy anything but asked the staff for help when I suffered from an acute abdominal pain by that time. Sincerely thanks all the staff who were on duty by that time, especially one of them ( a kind young lady) who gave me 1 tablet of Tylenol and helped me to call my husband as well as 911. Also sincerely thanks a lady customer who claimed she is a doctor and was able to offer useful help and professional advices. I feel truly what a good and professional customer service it should be. Greatly appreciated! ?

Very convenient location - right next to the King Edward SkyTrain station. This location has limited seating. But most of the patrons were there for takeouts so we never had much problem finding a seat.Parking: Busy intersection. Limited Street parking in the back streets nearby.

I just grabbed a coffee with double milk. Its not even hot. And at least the person giving it should have asked for sugar level. She didn’t and the coffee is totally bland. Worst coffee i have ever had!!

Worst service they don’t know how to toast. I request for single toast and they toast like double triple. Such a donkey
Donuts are so so and coffee is only good with double cream! Also so many homeless people around the store and sometimes inside.Parking: Limited space

I watched one of the employees sneeze into their hands multiple times then return to handling the till and donuts without washing or using any sort of sanitizer.Additionally, there was a mix up where another customer took my sandwich by mistake and had opened its wrapper. After they got their correct sandwich I was told to take the one that had been opened. I communicated that I wasn't comfortable with this, but was shrugged off by the employee and told "I don't think they touched it" before walking away.The food I've had from here in the past is your average Tim Hortons fare these days - fine, and nothing more - but the practices I witnessed leave me wondering what else is overlooked in terms of health and safety.
