Great food and service!!! Authentic taste of Vietnam you can find nearby English Bay. We ordered grilled pork spring rolls, No19 (grilled pork and prawns with rice) and Pho with briskets. All great!

It's kinda a new restaurant, but they do have some really good dishes. For me, I got a chicken rice dish which was huge!!. Staffs are friendly and nice!

I have been many Vietnamese restaurants in my life. some are in Toronto, some in Ottawa, some in Sudbury, some in Chengdu, some in Vancouver. most of the place were good in terms of the flavour. but one thing I have been craving for is the dinning experience. good chef is not rare in the world, but a qualified manager is really rare, it is like the intangible human resources in a company. I really enjoyed my short stay at Tre Viet. it was très bien. and I even liked the way the owner deliver its foreign culture to the locals, we are all immigrants, and that's the most beautiful part of this land, we might be different, but one thing is the same, that is the good food and good manners.

This restaurant is rated 4.8 stars. So let's see. The menu includes many well-known traditional Vietnamese dishes. We had appetizers, main courses and desserts. The food is nice and fresh served. The taste is fresh and impeccable. However, it's not a WOW experience. The prices are in the middle of the range. The ambiance is unfortunately as in 85% of the restaurants in Vancouver very sober and simple. The service is impeccable.
