Pleasantly surprised. Didn’t know what to expect. Got the dinner for 3 and 4 adults shared it. We even had a bit of left over. Had it delivery and it came pretty quickly. It was great that it was complimentary because we live within their radius. Very tired of Uber eats/doordash markups for delivery. Apparently if we had picked up the food ourselves it would have been discounted. The food was all quite tasty and reminded me of my grandparents cooking. Flavourful and good portions.

Ordered veg fried rice and garlic chicken wings. It was very nice. I think this place has the best chinese food and best chicken wings in Vancouver. Think they could be the very popular if they did some advertising and delivery through skip or door dash.

I found this little place about two months ago and having a meal there a couple of times. The dining area is small and spartan, but don't let it stop you from entering and having a meal. The meal was the closest to a home cooked meal I've had from a mom and pop dinner in a long time. The value is great (beat value in town), and the noodle and rice dishes is what I expect them to be. I'll keep returning for lunch and takeaways.

Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants in Vancouver! Ps. food smelled so good I forgot to take pics before I ate and just realized when I finished dinner ?Tldr. Affordable, big servings, food cooked with love. They also gave me 10% off for paying in cash.Now for the long post, I've always wanted to try this small mom and pop resto since it's conveniently near super store. I ordered the classic fried chicken + beef chop suey + boneless sweet and sour pork. I always order these to gague how good a restaurant is.Their fired chicken was salted just like home and fried to perfection. Sweet and sour pork wasn't crispy but was super consistent and clean to taste. And the chopsuey made me feel like I was home.If you're feeling down and homesick, please do yourself a favor and go to Uncle Ming's Kitchen.

Was wandering around the area while getting my car fixed. Stumbled into this small shop and was delighted by the food. If ever around the area, I would recommend trying it out.Got the spicy garlic chicken and eggplant.

Sharon and (Uncle) Ming personified what a great team of a married couple should be especially when running a business together. They worked together as a team to make great food. Ofcourse Sharon took the orders down on paper but I did see her working in the back happily alongside her awesome husband in the kitchen. They totally complement the whole establishment. I really enjoyed their friendly customer service, awesome atmosphere, can't complain about the location, the prices were very reasonable and ofcourse let's not forget the food, it was very delicious and very healthy and well portioned. Sharon was very fun to talk to. Her husband had an adorable smile. And based on what she told me, they are a true family oriented couple who care for their dad (her dad, his father-in-law), shopping, laundry, etc. Basically they put their hearts with each other, the family and ofcourse their customers ❤. Their restaurant is so adorable, so very clean and tidy and so organized. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has a partner, single family or just flying solo. This place is absolutely amazing! This is a small family business with the most amazing and attentive owners ever and with an INCREDIBLE food!!! This is one of the best take-out foods I've ever had. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!! Great prices, amazing people and incredible meals <3

I remember hearing about this place from a friend, and the first time he took me there it was amazing! So much so that I wanted to go back! I was so disappointed in the quality and the portion sizes! The first time we went it was amazing and we got so much food you're such a good price. Now I'm understanding of inflation especially due to covid, but I'm not going to pay like 12 or $14 for a "dinner for one", and have it be barely enough food for my six-year-old niece. It was not worth the trip into Vancouver at all!
