I’ll be honest, I was excited to try this place after fantastic experiences at both the Main St., and Kitsilano locations. The true test of a burger joint is their classic burger, and when it came to the Vera Burger these two locations were off the chart. But when it came to the Commercial location, I couldn’t have been more wrong. What happened? I felt like I was in a fast food version of what is quickly becoming my favorite burger restaurant. The meat was dry. The vegetables were not fresh and the burger lacked condiments.I really wish they lived up to the standards of the other location ??

Walked by this restaurant this evening and decided to pop in for a bite to eat. The food was absolutely delicious! Relaxed vibe, nice service and amazing burgers! Will definitely return.

I ordered for pick up and arrived early. The guy serving me told me it was almost ready. A couple mins later I was out the door and got eating in while in my car. Burger was good. Perfect meaty patty, bun and all the fixings. The disappointment was the temperature for both the burger and fries. Both were warm. I would have expected to wait because it wasn't quite ready to have had an experience where both were hot and suggests that it was freshly cooked.Great service. And probably still one of the better burger places nearby. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

Ordered through a delivery app. I made a substitution for onion rings instead of fries, and got fries. These burgers are expensive, and it costs to make a substitution. All you have to do is read a piece of paper. How hard is that?

Best burger I’ve ever had here in Canada. Really good.
Food was good but they don't actually have any San Pellegrino despite their website letting you order it. I got charged extra for those drinks online but the replacement drinks offered seemed a lot cheaper.Regarding the food, the Pawer was quite tasty but I think that the egg yolk probably overpowers the taste of the cheese. The onion rings were also good but pricey and the yam fries were excellent.

I do not recommend this place, the burgers are always raw and not cooked properly. I would not be surprised if someone gets food poisoning. The fries are delicious, but doesn’t make up for raw chicken.
