One of the best bubble tea places I've been to in Vancouver so far. They had a great selection between the refreshing green teas, milks, slushies, and sparklers, and the pearls were five stars. They had a great perfectly cooked texture and taste. The cashier was very accommodating to our indecisiveness, and the overall appearance of the drinks matched the menu photos.Would buy again!

Almost no brown sugar in my drink compared to what the other location gives. It’s just milk with tapioca balls. Staff are very slow too.The location at Landsdowne is much better.

I asked for brown sugar oat bubble tea… there’s no black tea.. she gave me just oat milk and pearls. 11 dollars for straight oat milk.. what? Tastes bad. Bad attitude too.Can I get a refund or a new drink ? What a waste
I just saw the lady who works behind the desk who is just sitting on her phone not even making the drinks take deep coughs more than once and not even cover her mouth. It’s pretty gross to think about when the lady working making the drinks even has a face mask and the other lady does not.

Brown sugar drinks here are a must try. They are known for them and they are so tasty. The drinks aren't customizable here but their base drinks aren't too sweet so I didn't mind. I've had a few of their other drinks before as well but their brown sugar milk tea is the best.

The lady over there is so rude .. treat humans so bad she treats drivers so rudley treat them like they are not humans . She yells at customer and drivers consistently and food is bad .

Absolute go to place for Bubble Tea in Vancouver! I usually go to theirDunsmuir location which is right below my building, however we were on Cambie and decided we wanted to grab some Bubble Tea.My go to order at Xin Fu Tang is usually the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea with Pearls. It's a perfect balance of sweetness, tea and pearl ratio. The pearls are also very soft and taste great.While they don't mention it, you can ask them to customize your sweetness levels and ice levels.If you're also looking for a fortieth version, the Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea is a great option! They also have a huge variety of Milk Tea options. I'm not very experimental with my milk tea orders and therefore won't be able to comment, but I'm sure everyone will be able to find what they're looking for.Would highly recommend!
