Had an older man help me at till but completely ignored me and helped two people that got there after me. Pretty rude, felt very ignored. And after all that the somehow gave me the wrong thing twice.

Poor customer service. The wait times for takeout really suck. I guess it depends who is behind the counter. But pls improve your service. Especially in the morning, there’s a reason why people choose the drivethru. They want quick service. October 10th at 0830h.

Always inconsistency of how cooked .Meat patties can be well over cooked at times bordering on beef jerky at this location .Onion Rings at times taste like the oil needs changing .Sometimes you get half of the usual amount of onion rings as they at times are cutting onions half to a third thinner .Resulting in less product and being over cooked .Then at times way too over seasoned .A lot of the staff is friendly but still needs experience on product and procedures .As well as an issue comprehending due to varied first and second and third language challenges .Which will just take more time adjusting and learning .

Repeated myself endlessly, got shorted on a couple things, could hear someone in the kitchen complaining about "people with large orders". lunch for five shouldn't be causing fits when every single thing was a burger meal with only ONE requesting no onions. If ordering pies made it too complicated trust me, it's not likely to happen again.
