Got my order wrong, instead of rectifying and mqking a happy customer, they put blame on me for fact they didnt hear me clearly state my order?Not the first time either!4 times now they 'hear me wrong'At the window, Even tho I had asked for 'strawberry' shake, they almost gave me a 'chocolate' shake.Gave wrong burger too!

I went here for supper but the staff was rude hostile judgemental and discriminating , to say the least . They asked me to leave as soon as I came out of the washroom because I had my service animal with me (in his kennel). I won't be back to this location.

I usually always enjoy all the food here and find both the service and people are mostly great so come here to eat often. However, I do not like fountain drinks and have found many times in the past when ordering a shake or float I would be served the wrong order or a chocolate milk it would be sour so I rarely order a drink. On my last visit, my sister asked for a root beer float, and I decided to try one too. So I went inside to place my order and watched as they were made. I even saw him press the root beer button on their shake machine, so I thought all was good, but when I arrived home, the drinks were ice coffee or moca milkshake and tasted horrible. I recommend anyone who orders any drinks from this restaurant taste them before leaving or you may be very disappointed as we were.

I am frequently in at Fruit Union for kid strips for my daughter and we are always greeted warmly by the staff out front, most of the time, they already have my coffee ready ??. I highly recommend the Nashville or the Piri-Piri buddies from here (They are sooo tasty)
