Unfortunately the service was very slow, and tables fairly unclean. The staff forgot we were waiting to be served, and our drinks did not reflex the resort.

Staying at Sparking Hill and went for the free breakfast. I’m not sure if there is enough training but the Latte was nothing like a latte. You need to get the nice employee who works there some barista training. People love good coffee and unfortunately Lake Country is the closest place to find it!I would also suggest an upgrade to a local roasted coffee. I had a double shot espresso the next day and it wasn't great by any means.

We ordered a mocha and a hot choco to go and had to throw it after a few sips (we tried to be ok with the taste) but it was really bad — tasted like mucky old coffee and water.Update: cocktails are delicious, and as always the staff was friendly. Moved to 3 stars.

UPDATED REVIEW: 4/5I decided to try their Caesar cocktail and it was soooo delicious. Our waitress asked us what we liked in our Caesar and she made it exactly how we wanted! Thank you for serving such a delicious cocktail during our stay.Original rating and review: 1/5Ordered a hot chocolate. It was so bland it tasted like foamy warm water. So much foam. I hope they reconsider their recipe as I do not wish others to experience the same horrible bland hot chocolate as I did.

The public is allowed in this seemingly exclusive spa hotel, and the Barrique offers a few window seats overlooking Lake Okanagan. Happy hour is from 2 to 5 PM, and offers some wines and charcuterie plates at 1/2 price. Top of the Okanagan world feeling, lovely scenery, excellent service, and Swarovski crystals everywhere. Not to be missed.

Visited the resort for a fun weekend away. Its beautiful, the pools were amazing and the resort front desk staff were all lovely and really accommodating. The lounge on the other hand was terrible.no ambience. I get that it doubles as a cafe during the day but seriously... dim the lights, put some candles out and change the music. The staff were too busy hanging out behind the bar that it took 15 minutes to get my first drinks and approx 20 minutes to get my next. My old fashioned cost $16 which normally I'm totally ok with but this one was terrible. I watched them make it in the same glass they served it to me, no stir, no proper mix method and served with tiny ice cubes.not to mention the glass was dirty when delivered and no one came to do a quality check. This resort is so beautiful and full of wonderful happy staff that im surprised at the lack of effort in the lounge
