Very bad attitude of the server, she was white lady around 5’ 11’ with the tattoos. Firstly, she had very bad attitude, seemed very racist to me. Secondly, we added the tip to the machine, she was very rude and said that it’s not enough, “you should be paying around $17 then I am gonna get around $5”. The thing is tip is always the customer’s choice and it’s how much they want to add. The server doesn’t tell how much to pay. It was my birthday and she totally ruined it. Btw The food was excellent.

Haven't been in several years because the previous visit was somewhat mediocre. Got gift cards at Christmas so figured might as well use them up on Valentines. Very nicely surprised! The service was great, the food was really good and the prices were decent.. One hell of an improvement since our last visit and we will be back!

Had the best pizza(s) ever from BP yesterday.2nd last time we ordered, it was bad and had to call to complain. Received a credit on the next order tho. TY. Next order was ok but not great so said nothing. But last night the pizzas were exceptional.So easy to complain but we really need to give credit when you go above.Thank you for upping your game

This place screws up orders every time i order there. I order an iced tea and get a pepsi, ill order Sriracha ranch and get cactus sauce. The lady on the phone always reads back the ofder correctly so i assume its the kitchen or delivery staff that is the issue, whomever packs the food doesnt read the

As soon as me and my girlfriend walked in to the front the ‘manager’ - possibly intoxicated, decided to ask me point blank “what did you do to your face.” He was talking about my traditional chin tattoo.I was instantly uncomfortable and upset with this rigid racist remark. And he proceeded to make the situation worse by saying I should’ve gotten a beard tattooed on my face as well. Then he asked what the meaning was and I told him and he was very dismissive at my answer.We will absolutely not be returning to this restaurant.

The pizza is terrible, I like Domino's pizza better, we ordered the Deluxe pizza and the kids barely ate it. The pesto pasta was alright but too oily.
Great service friendly staff.. I am sorry to report we can no longer eat at this place . Sorry we will not be going back. Not sure why this happens ,this place used to be a great place to eat. The people are great ,but the food makes us sick every time we go so no more for us thanks ..

Kid-friendliness: If you don't like kids around you in a restaurant then try somewhere else. BPs is very family friendly.

I have never given a review for anything before… but the service that we received from our server tonight was amazing.Ian, our server who is also the bartender at the Vernon Boston Pizza was considerate , observant, polite and FANTASTIC man.I want to be seated in his section every time.This man’s service has turned my boyfriend and to return costumers.
