“My friend and I stopped by Vernon after a long day at work and we happened to stop by at this restaurant. This family owned business was one of the best inviting restaurants we've been to, we can tell it's treated with lots of love and care! The food wasn't greasy, and they have best bean sprouts and wonton. The service was great and I found the waiters inviting and nice, but specifically one them I found cute and endearing. Overall 5 stars and I want to come back to indulge in their food. :))“
“Enjoyed our Valentine meal out. Its expensive but what isn't nowadays. Note, this restaurant serves western chinese food not big city authentic. End of our meal, server brought us a complimentary dessert which was nice. Overall a great meal. Takeout in the past is good too.“

The staff member I encountered upon pickup was super friendly. We did takeout last week. Very covid friendly setup for pickup for takeout guests. It is always consistent quality. “my sister and I stopped in for a quick meal as we were passing through Vernon on our way to Oyama. A Google search informed us that Jade Asian Kitchen was the "best Chinese food in Vernon," so we decided to give it a try. We each ordered a single combo meal but my sister also wanted deep fried wantons and we both had a craving for dry garlic ribs. A shockingly short time after ordering, our food started to arrive. The super nice waitress, whose name I didn't get, brought out combo plates out first and we marvelled at the amount of food each held. Then another large plate arrived. And another. My sister and I looked at each other and agreed this was more food than we could ever eat in one sitting. I was concerned that the quickness of the food's arrival would mean lukewarm, stale food that had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long, but I was very pleasantly surprised to discover it tasted fantastic and everything was piping hot! To be fair, this is the only restaurant I have visited in Vernon, but I can't see how it can't be the best in town. Jade Asian Kitchen is certainly one of the best Chinese food restaurants I have ever eaten at. Great job! I will return at every opportunity. Thank you!“
