Loved the food however it was ready at least 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up so it’s a good thing I showed up early or it would have been cold before we could eat it. Also, I wish I had looked in the bag before I left because one of the items was missing! I called them and they said I could come get it the next day. Too bad about this experience because we like the food.

Wasn't impressed. Waited to pay in awkward silence for a few minutes while the cashier emptied a bunch of change rolls into the register after I had ordered. I ordered some California Rolls, and received them cold. I asked if they could make some fresh, and I was told they were made half an hour ago. They then proceeded to tell me that it was policy for them to make some ahead of time, and then refrigerate them. I would go to a grocery store if I wanted old, cold Sushi.. I know for a fact that other Edo Japan locations make their rolls fresh, and you have the option to buy older ones if you so desire. Won't be coming back for Sushi Rolls.

The food is no longer Edo of Japan! The “beef” is shredded too fine and tastes bad! The vegetables are overcooked! Why do I have to buy a bag to buy your food!!!Parking: Busy lot

I usually love the chicken teriyaki at Edo! I go there often! I ordered it tonight to go and there was barely any chicken, it was like tiny pieces of shredded chicken left over from the last order, barely any veggies also! I get that places are cutting back but this was ridiculous. Not

Edo Japan was my 150th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.I paid $18.38 for veggie yakisoba and yam tempura after taxes. The dipping cup was too small for the tempura. The tempura didn't taste super fresh, but was still fine.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my yakisoba noodles. I wish the broccoli pieces were bigger.Overall, I recommend this spot. I like that it's not a super busy place. The staff was super friendly, and there is free wifi.I only have twenty eateries left to go in Vernon. My quest is almost over!

Food is absolutely disgusting I gag everything I thing about it. I got beef yakisoba from there yesterday it was barely stir-fried and they absolutely drowned it in teriyaki sauce.

This freshly prepared Japanese food restaurant is tucked away in the fruit Union plaza, across from Polson Park in Vernon. The new Asian owners are always friendly and quick to serve. One of my favorite dishes is the chicken and pineapple with shrimp, extra vegetables, brown rice, crunchy spring rolls and, of course, one scoop of the delicious teriyaki style sauce! The restaurant area seats only about 6 - 8 tables. Most of the cliantel are mobile, and order to take out.

Normally don’t eat at Edo but am a super fan of this location. No shrinkflation here, great portions and the staff is so kind with dietary restrictions. Very clean interior too, if you like dining in.Dietary restrictions: Very good at allowing us to make changes to the order.Kid-friendliness: Our three year old loves the decor and has no issues eating here.

Their service and atmosphere are not bad. Food is also good. However, in my opinion, I find the food to be a little bland. I do buy often from there and but on some occasionsI don't feel satisfied as you experience inconsistency with the orders.
