We have been fortunate to stay at Sparkiling Hills a few times and we have enjoyed the meals at PeakFine each time. The staff are attentive and their interactions are welcome and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff who serve us. The only thing better than the meals are the servers themselves!
We waited a long time for bread and then eventually got it with our appes which were amazing however the entrees took a very long time. My husband sent his entree back as it was not appealing; mine was outstanding. The dessert was outstanding. Service was questionable in the beginning but got better near the end of our meal. Usually everything is top notch as we come here every year.

The food was great! It came out hot and fresh. The scallops appy was a bit over the top with too much sauce. They must have been short staffed as it was quite a lengthy wait to have our dishes cleared... We were also served the wrong bevies.
