Cheese Louise, finally a good pizza joint in V-Dot... it's 'bout GD thyme! This sweet new spot draws on local colours and ingredients, blended with tradition and class. The menu is as easy to digest as the dough, (which, by the way, ferments over 18 hrs and therefore does all the heavy lifting for your microbiome). It's called sourdough. You're welcome.
