Great dine out Vernon menu for 2024! Service excellent! We do find this restaurant noisy but its a casino right? Tables are cleaned but ours was quite sticky Do make a reservation on the weekends to avoid line ups and waits

Waited forever to be served! Had the chicken breast and boy do I regret it so badly right now! Food poisoning!!!! Will not eat here again. Food has gone down hill big time!

The only item noted was an almost 1 hour edit for our meal. No fault of our server or the kitchen there were two very large groups being served which affected wait times. A very pleasant and friendly server checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok.

I had reserved a table for 8 over a month ago. Our table was given to another party and we had to wait over a half an hour for a new table. It was very busy. We didn't get our food until an hour after we ordered, The server was good. It was extremely busy and noisy. We did the wine n dine last year and it was a great evening.

Had the fish & chips the fish or dough was under cooked it was mushy at the bottom but crispy on top.Had 1 full fish didn't eat the second due to the first fish being mushy but the second one had alot of bones didn't bother me but can imagine would bother other guests.However the following day got sick because of the fishWait time for the whole table was around 30 minutes.
Went for a birthday dinner. The apples were fantastic, the pizza superb! The main dishes were top notch. I would go back in a heart beat.

Big improvement over previous week but still the bartender struggles to keep up with the rush & the kitchen as well seems overwhelmed. Bright spot were the servers working as a team & the supervisor managing the floor rather than harried plugging holes. What a difference!

Must have been an off day. Heard good things but had the worst service to date in this town. My Margherita pizza was sitting g I a half inch of pesto oil and she resisted/argued taking it back to the kitchen. Also she was short with the 6 person table we had. Walked away while one was speaking directly to her. I'm personally not going back. Nothing wrong with the restaurant layout or anybody else's meals. I got the short straw.

Party of eight. one order missed completely, four slower to the table than usual, my own dinner badly presented as likely sitting on a warming spot too long with badly overcooked fries. Server looking bewildered at times and little help as all staff seemed busy. Training necessary as staff should not be leaving the area empty handed and running to the computer to input orders, when dishes were piling up on the tables. Could they not have an area to "bus" convenient to both actions? Hard to hear the emcee, with the amplified speaker not being sufficient to reach halfway into the lounge area. Along with dodging three players on the pool table putting their cues in our personal spaces. Simply put this was a disaster of a promotional night.

Was disappointed. Made a reservation for the dining room and was put in the lounge area where the UFC was on. Volume was cranked up so couldn't hear to talk in our booth. As the volume was turned up people had to holler to hear each other. Not a great way to enjoy dinner.
