The best pizza we ever had in Vernon !! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavour could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day!You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store.Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. Their sauces are so good that I end up bitting my fingers twice. A must try are the wings , you guys will love it. I have to order it twice as there were not enough for my family.The pizza here is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings selections and great prices on a single sliced.

Just moved to Vernon and needed a pizza place close to home so we gave papa John's a try. I was a little worried about the pictures and reviews but glad I went for it anyway because it was perfect! Exactly what my family's familiar with and we all enjoyed it. Might opt to pick up next time though, to save a little money.

I had a great experience at Papa John. The pizza was delicious with good-quality toppings and a well done crust. The customer service was also excellent - the staff was friendly and accommodating. Staff here handle cash and their iPad and then switch over into kneeding dough without ever washing their hands or wearing gloves. Very unsanitary, never saw a single employee even wash their hands here.
hello, i was served by someone who apparently was the new boss. they came off very rude and disrespectful. I kept having to repeat my self. they still ended up getting my order wrong; when i specifically asked them for a gluten-free pizza. This caused me to get an allergic reaction. when confronted by this issue they refused to remake or refund. i am very disappointed and will not be coming back. i suggest others with allergies to do the same.

I can't believe I wasted my money at this terrible pizza place. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in and saw the dirty floors and the disheveled staff. But I thought, "maybe the pizza will be good." Oh, how wrong I was. The pizza itself was a disaster. The crust was soggy and undercooked, the sauce was bland and tasteless, and the cheese was greasy and rubbery. It was like they took all the worst parts of a pizza and put them together to make the most disgusting thing I've ever had. But the worst part was the customer service. Nobody knew anything about the menu or the specials. When I asked for a vegetarian option, the guy behind the counter just stared at me blankly and said, "we don't have that." Like, are you kidding me? It's a pizza place, how hard is it to make a veggie pizza? And when I asked to speak to a manager, they just shrugged and said, "there is no manager here." What kind of establishment is this? I'm so mad that I wasted my hard-earned money on this crap. I don't know how this place stays in business. It's a shame that there's no management to fix the terrible pizza and customer service. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'll never be back and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this dump.

I bought a shaq-a-roni pizza last weekend & it was the worst pizza ever had & I added chicken to it, but there were some slices, with not even a single piece of chicken in it.It says on the menu that extra cheese and pepperoni but u can see from the picture that, there were only few pieces, even a small pepperoni pizza might have more meat in it. Such a disappointment. If they can't give the proper order as they say in the advertisement, then don't do advertise like this. I feel like they r being a fraud by taking the money and not giving the proper food. Even u can seen it was burned and dried out from the sides. I would never recommend such a place for pizza, I expect way better service from them, since they been in this field for decades. I got this bad experience from papa Johns in Vernon 4515 25th avenue.

Priced equal to its better competitors, this pizza is absolutely awful. It is soggy, the cheese is stale, and staff is rude. The dough is bland, and ingredients are scarce for the price. All five large pizzas were like this, on three separate occasions spread through the year.
