Pho Fusion was my 115th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.It is a much bigger area inside than you would expect. There are about fifteen tables inside.I ordered vegetarian Pad Thai. The portion was bigger than I expected.The service was super quick, clean, and friendly.They give you sauces to put on your Pad Thai too.It was definitely a Vietnamese style of doing Pad Thai. The meals at Pho Fusion are excellent. Deep rich flavours, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked food and lots of variety. The staff are friendly. We highly recommend this local family owned and run restaurant! Can’t wait to eat here again.

Good noodles! Service was pleasant and efficient. Only thing we had an issue with was that they did not have sprouts, basil, and lime on the side. There were sprouts in the bowl already and basil was missing.Still all the noodles we tried were quite tasty.Phnom phen noodle is a must try!
