Holy moly!!!! To the team who worked last night ( Feb 27th around 5pm). We ordered 4 pizzas ( $5$5$5 deal ) and they were SO good! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a looong time because I worry about quality and the last time I got it when I was in another province it was not good. The Vernon Pizza Hut ( at least whoever worked last night) has it down pat! They should train allllll the pizza huts. I would ? recommend and order again. Very impressed. ? ? ?

Just called to ask if they delivered to Kekuli Bay campsite just in Vernon. The “Manager” of this restaurant laughed and said “I don’t think so”. I politely requested she check, and she actually went off on me. When I quickly realized I was getting no where, I requested for her name (after telling her mine,) and she REFUSED to give me hers. I don’t think in my 33 years on earth I have experienced such rudeness by a supposed “customer service” rep. I wish I could identify her. The call was Saturday, July the 11th at 1:15pm.I could only assume there is an owner/manager over there who is above her, and I hope you read this. I hardly ever take the time to review unless it’s positive- but this is an exception. This lady will lose you money if you keep her around.

There pizza there is one of best in town up there with little ceasers. There wings are pretty good haven't had them in a while but if I remember correctly it was good. They have mountain Dew there so that an extra star in my books.

The food is good and tastes like any other pizza hut, however, they're prone to mixing up orders and hardly put sauce on wings unlike other pizza hut places that cover the wings in whatever sauce you order e.g hot. Not ordering from them unless I'm picking it up and can check my order.

Terrible delivery service. Ordered earlier in the day for an evening delivery. Got a call from the store 20 minutes after it was suppose to be delivered saying they brought it to the wrong address because I gave them the wrong address. After checking my email I let them know that I provided the correct address, however they continued to blame me for the mix up then requested that I come to the store to pick up my order. I had to refuse to do this a number of times and explain that it was not my mix up as I provided the correct address and magically they showed up 3 minutes later with my order.

Really enjoyed being able to walk in and be welcomed right away. Very good customer service, I really appreciated how helpful Sadie was in trying to get me the best deal possible. Will return.*Edit: The Brownie was so good, especially the day after.
Called in order (to get delivered) because there was no extras opinions on line. We wanted extra sauce on our pasta and did not get it. On line we could order family pasta with bread for$19.99 and ended up 24.99 without tip and not getting bread or extra sauce, so disappointed.

It's been a few years since I have ordered from pizza hut but I'll never order again. The recipe for the thin and crispy dough has changed and the name should be changed to...it's now thinner than pan but just as oily..no crisp it's spongey...nasty never so disappointed
