We used to love subway spent a lot of money there. Last time we spent $30 on a sub and a salad, the new decompstable products are garbage. We walked outside and the bag ripped apart and the food fell on the ground and the salad packaging flew open and the salad fell on the ground...they refused to replace the salad and said we needed to order and pay for a new one. Costumer service is terrible.

Worker with blue hair who was ringing me up kept staring at my arm and looking at me weird, i have healed scars from a past history with mental health issues. i shouldn't have to cover up what i cant control to be treated like a normal person. will NOT be coming back.

Subway in Landing Plaza is my 133rd eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every single eatery in Vernon.The service was quick and friendly. An adequate amount of sriracha sauce was put on my 12 inch veggie sub. It tasted crunchy and delicious.It was all very clean.I paid $9.12 after tax for a foot longveggie sub.I was very pleased overall. I highly recommend making a stop at this Subway.133 eateries down; approximately 20 to go!

Guy working was nice but the quality of food was awful. Tasted like stale 2 day old bread. And meat tasted off. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

Don’t bother coming to this location apparently asking for extra toppings on your sub is pain full for the employee’s
Imagine being a regular customer for over 20 years at a business. We have been very loyal, but sadly everything is changing. We ordered three foot-long subs and they messed up two of them. We phoned them to let them know we would like to have a credit for the 2. they said if we return them, they would give us a credit for them, I let them know that was ridiculous and to just leave two foot-long sub coupons at the desk for us. They said their policy is only if you return the sub. It is so sad when a business is so cheap. We have bought hundreds of subs off this company. I’m really going to start only giving business to places that deserve business. Sadly, our one’s favourite subway no longer look at our business.

Avoid this subway at all costs you ask for extra lettuce they don’t put any on their subs go to the 27th or fruit union this subway is awful
Always get the same meal whenever I go and it is amazing ? great service Always.

I have been complaining about not getting enough quantity to the servers but the never serve with enough quantity. The bowl is only half full. When i asked them about the quantity they told me they have changed the bowls and new ones are big. I bought same thing from another store but the quantity was worth it. I regularly go to this store but i guess its time for a change. i cant waste my full money for half bowl.
