Got a 6 inch sub on Friday Sep08, 2023. Ended up having a little friend hitch a ride. Needless to say that teriyaki chicken was a disappointment.

Got their new Crispy teriyaki chicken sub and stayed from the start that I wanted everything on it except the tomato’s. Everything listed on the menu for that particular sub except the tomato. Got the sub and started eating it and realized the crispy onions weren’t on the sub. My girlfriend got up and asked them why the onions were not on the sub and they got snarky and defensive. Apparently you have to specify you want the crispy onions. Now… everything except the tomatoes sounds pretty legit to me. Then they started chirping to the other customers stating we can go eat somewhere else. Only know this because one of those customers approached us and mentioned it. Confronted them again afterward asking to speak to a manager and they got defensive again, only to lie now and say they said no such thing. What a crock, not coming here again.

The staff lifted the strainer for the lettuce and put soggy lettuce on my sandwich instead of taking the two seconds to grab a fresh

The is the only location in the okanagan that the online ordering system does not populate on the subway app. As a result all online deals and promos are non existent 11 dollars for footling tuna Open late so convenient but lots of better options during regular business hours Go try med market deli sub for 10 dollars…….way better

Bad experience, unfriendly staff, food was not fresh, bread was stale, I was pressured to order quickly even though it wasn’t busy, I chose the wrong ingredient by mistake then forced to pay $4 to throw it out. I can’t believe how cheap they were. They don’t like customers. I won’t be going back. Don’t eat here.
