I keep giving it a chance but I used to get the fudge brown latte a few months ago. I’ve tried getting it many times in the last 2 months and it never comes with the whip, the chocolate shavings, tastes burnt and not chocolatey at all every time. It has not correctly been made in 2 months. It’s very disappointing that there is no consistency especially since the drink is over 5$. I’ve officially had to start going to Starbucks again because I no longer want to gamble at Timmies

They let homeless people bring in their own food ! It was the weekend 6 pm .Place should be busy . But the only person in the whole place was a homeless guy with a jar of peanut butter at a tableJust a homeless hangout ...their drive through is a good reminder why we do not feed the bears ! "Homeless"

It is 5:50 pm. The store is open another 4 hrs. There was nothing for selection.The first thing I noticed was the filth on glass doors and glass showcase. There was only 9 items to choose from. I will never go back. I bought nothing. Never will. Cof may be good, yuck onany pastries.

Bathroom are locked so I had to wait in like for 10 minutes to get access. Bathrooms cleanliness is pretty poor.Get coffee with 1 milk in it and its room temp. Ask for a new one. Gives me a coffee from the same cold batch.
