I will stop here since it is convenient between home and work. The big thing that I notice on a regular basis is there will be a line at the till (4 - 6 people long) and only 1 person on the till, there will be at times 2 or 3 others just hanging around. I understand it must be very difficult to find people to work this kind of job (especially with there rate of pay), but what you lack in employee investment shows in lack of customer service

About what you would expect, but the hours are a lie. They are not open 24/7 in fact I've tried going there at least 6 different times and they are closed during the night. I stopped bothering to risk going anytime after 9pm since they usually just have a closed sign up.

2 person inside. other 1 is just mopping. and there is no sign of not allowed for custumers. and the small indian girl is not letting me through reason is she's waiting for the floor to dry. no sign store close. but the girl dont let customers comes in. she was rude and unpolite.

I didn't get the lady's name, but today around 12:30 pm that cashier had seriously great customer service. She asked if I wanted to add to my meal, she wiped the mess on my bag of chips and she offered/threw away the empty cardboard in my hand all without me asking.MVP status right there.

Update: The employees have unplugged the self checkout machine thus preventing customers from receiving bonus points. When asked, the employees initially lied about the machine being unplugged. This is when I pointed out that the machine just needed to be plugged back in, then I was told to leave the store. This is a fine example of the worst possible customer service one could receive.This place is now worse than it ever used to be before. in-store customers are forced to wait in line while the staff deal with orders from Skip The Dishes. 7-Eleven is now complete garbage thanks to the idiots at Skip The Dishes. you need to stop dealing with companies that exploit drivers for their own personal gain and instead deal with customers who actually live nearby. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years at this particular location and will no longer come back if you continue dealing with Skip The Dishes.

Cons :Offer wasn't honored. There is a promotion now $5 for wings and wedges. Ordered this promotion (4 wings + 3 wedges). Total told seemed a bit higher than expected, I brought it up to store staff. No change was made. Got overcharged (5 wings + 3 wedges) and received less than what I was charged for (3 wings + 4 wedges) [extra wedge thrown in as a nicety, but still incorrect]. Please be careful! Quantity and price need to be correct. $5+taxes would be the correct total, not almost $7 that I was charged.Pros :Food was tasty, and an effort was made to heat it up in the momentThanks

They don’t allow to let you in with your dog!! Coming from a long walk with my dog and couldn’t get a beverage because they didn’t allow my well behaved dog.

Worst location in town unfortunately! The reviews tell the truth, the customer service is terrible.Either the training is lacking, or the manager has some brushing up on policies to do.I had an unfortunate experience, after a year of coming to this specific location for cash back multiple days a week to ride the bus.I was suddenly refused cash back. I was told I needed to buy something of a certain value to be able to get bus change all of a sudden, after a year with no issue.I even called other locations in the city, they told me what I was told is incorrect, and they have no idea why I experienced an issue suddenly.Coming from a 19 year old that has trained many employees before, put the effort in so that things like this don’t happen. Either that, or the manager needs a refresher, asap.You’re coming across as sloppy, and inconsistent.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!I ordered from skip the dishes at this location.Item was missing so I contacted skip support and they said they couldn't reach me on my phone number so I checked the phone number on my profile it was right. So I called this 7eleven asked why I wasn't called to have this item replaced. It was a slurpy, it could have been replaced with a different flavor but instead they decided to be lazy. Top it all off the lady who answered the phone hung up on me and would not answer the phone after.GREAT customer service.This was at 930-940 P.M Tuesday May 9th.Never shopping here again.

Worst customer serviceStaff on the counter refused to give cash back in very impolite way, when asked for manager then started talking in philipino language with another staff member (no english). Told me to complain the manager as if she dont care.Avoide this place if you can

Had a sign saying 3 monsters for $6 in cooler with drinks but at the till it was not honoured as it was “expired” I questioned why it was on display as being false advertising… guy behind me in line laughed and smiled but staff wouldn’t sell at posted price

I went to store July 29 2022 4.30am. Worse costumer service I ever seen in Canada. I will never go to this location again. Staff need lots training like Canadian standards.
