This location has had the worst service out of any fast food place we have visited .Try to give positive reviews but Multiple issues at this location on different visits .We dont eat fast food often but when we do we order large orders as we have large family and last visit was a $120.order at drive thru. .We arrive back home only to realize that all 3 of our children's orders were not in the bags ..So pita but stuff happens right ..We called in to let them know they forgot to bag multiple meals on the order that we paid for hoping for them to make it right.. and the woman on the phone was rude and asked if we could come back another day to pick up the orders ??? What?? Now that's some special service right there ..I guess we will eat our dinner and let the kids watch lolThings happen ..mistakes happen ..the difference is about how you deal with the issues ..

Usually very good. Tonight I was craving a&w onion rings. I got them and they were extra crispy and some were black, I think they just refried an old bag of rings. I was already home when I seen it. So disappointing!
