It was 9am on a Sunday, (Mothers day), and we were able to order breakfast and chicken strips and fries! They are able to accommodate all my family at anytime! Fantastic!?

I've been to A&W a million times, but not much in recent years. I was impressed by the expanded menu but went for the classics anyway. The beef products were excellent. The Teen Burgers were outstanding as always! The chicken products however, have gone way down hill. Probably the worst fast-food chicken patty available. Also, they forgot my fries. Things are never as good as you remember.

I went here with my kids and dined in the restaurant. Was very impressed with the service and speed in which our food was delivered. Nice clean and well run restaurant.
Was going to order food but first needed to use the washroom. I quickly discovered that using the washroom requires a code which means going to the counter barging into the line-up to beg for the code. In addition to being rude to customers this is a total waste of time for the staff. I normally love A&W but this was done without thought or care for customers. I won’t be going to this location again. Hopefully they come to their senses and remove the code panel so that future customers don’t have the same experience.

We have be going to the Shelborne A&W for burgers every Friday at noon for 4 years. The burgers and fries have always been good.But for the past 6 weeks our burgers have been stone cold, and today our burgers and fries were cold. Not too happy about spending $28 dollars for cold meals.
