Well where to start…. Let’s begin with decor, table had more chips in it then my dinner, probably would have tasted better.. If the place wasn’t so disgusting dirty I’d preferred them. Fruit flies and grease everywhere!I have been to every Bin4 and this one multiple times and get pretty much same thing, tofu burger, fries and fried pickles. Was the very worst burger I’ve had. Almost like the tofu was nuked and thrown on a bun. The fries soggy and flavourless, I e had better fries at the Spaghetti Factory!!The whole time we were there the staff was hanging out at the bar chatting with friends.Go anywhere but here!!

We come to Bin4 almost every week for late night as it’s one of our favourite spots in town. Everything is usually great and we have zero complaints, though we have noticed some changes in recent months, such as no more chips for the table and a lot of staff turnover.Unfortunately, last night culminated with our worst experience yet. We were seated at 9, and had our server come and take our order about 5 minutes later. While we had other staff run our drinks and food, no one ever checked in on how our food was, which included two mistakes, and we weren’t offered any refills for the hour that we were there.The first time we saw our server after giving our orders was when we received our bills, both of which were incorrect and charged full price.Overall, we love Bin4 and will continue to come regularly, though it is disappointing to see the standard and quality slip so notably.

My chicken tenders order was missing the best part, the bin 4 burger
Do not go here if you have an allergy!!! I clearly told the server I was allergic to gluten (celiac) and they served me a deep fried burger…luckily I caught it before eating it, but they did not apologize despite that all my friends had finished their food by the time the replacement burger came out. To make matters worse, the replacement burger was the worst I’ve ever had. The manager did not come over and we were still charged full price for the disaster. Avoid if you have allergies !!!

It took forever to get our food when we went to this location, but the food is top notch! Still worth it.Vegetarian options: Very good veg options. There are different, creative options, and multiple to choose from. It is a relief to have options, not just one veg option.

The menu said Happy hour, burgers 50% off. But not if you get sides, it's a different menu and no deal? We had ordered 2 but if you ordered with sides it's no deal.. have to pay full price. Wow, poor practice, will not recommend. The Happy Hour is a joke! Not Happy Valentines Day for us.. we would have shared..
