Ordered a $100 gift card online 5 weeks ago for my father's birthday and received an email confirmation and our credit card was charged. Never received the gift card. No one answers the phone and no response to multiple voicemail messages and emails...

Based on other recent reviews we visited this restaurant recently ... and perhaps they were just having a bad night. The seafood offering was missing key ingredients (so we did not order it), the pasta offering was uninspired, the ribeye steak was pretty good, and the chicken was on the dry and tough side. The creme brûlée was not great, a little overcooked. Food presentation was nice, atmosphere nice, and service was good. Will not be in a hurry to return.

We hit up this restaurant when we were trying to find a place to eat near Oak Bay Beach Hotel.We were immediately attracted by the decor and lighting in the restaurant. There are paintings on the wall, and candles on each table. Even though there are not a lot of tables (roughly around 10) probably due to COVID restrictions, the atmosphere is superb for a nice dinner.We ordered strawberry pecan salad to start with, and it was the best salad we've ever tried. The presentation is delicate and creative, and the taste is definitely fantastic! The fusion among the fruity flavours, the balsamic sauce, and some in-house sauce is just right to the point! We also ordered seafood and pasta, which were fantastic as well!And what's more memorable is the lady helping people at the tables. She is so nice and energetic! She talked with us a lot, and gave us lots of tips about sightseeing around Victoria :)Overall I would definitely recommend having dinner at this restaurant. It will be an awesome experience.

We enjoyed a three course Valentines dinner last night. The atmosphere was quiet, warm and romantic. The food was delicious and Angie did a magnificent job of being attentive, friendly and authentic. We will definitely be back!

Although the service was questionable, our waitress Angie, acted aggressive and rude when our party arrived 5 minutes late. Aside from that the menu and the food and presentation was 10/10! congrats Chef Jeremy you took the meal to a new level

We enjoyed the food, quiet and cosy atmosphere, and 5 star service. Angie was the only server in the restaurant, and served us with just the right combination of friendliness and attention, while allowing us to focus on our very good dinner. Highly recommend the Ceasar salad. I'll be back.

We have followed Chef Jeremy for 2 years . His new kitchen at Blightys has allowed him to produce incredible plates . We had An excellent salad ; light and flavorful dressing. The stuffed chicken was moist and aromatic. The lamb shank Was the best we have ever eaten , melt in your mouth tender. We were too full for dessert but when the profiterol arrived we could not resist. Service was professional and friendly. This Cafe is a jewel . Congratulations to Chef Jeremy! Deb & Don , SSI.

This past week was our first visit but it won't be our last. The mood, soft lighting, pleasant music and decor created a wonderful ambience. Even before the food, the best part was our server, Angie, who is very warm, engaging, sincere, professional and eager to provide a memorable experience. She was a highlight! My husband and I enjoyed the flatbread to start with water buffalo cheese, capers and caramelized onions. I had the Chef's pasta of the day which was risotto with a roasted carrot, coconut and orange sauce topped with a grilled chicken breast. It sounded unusual and I was a bit hesitant but decided to try it and it was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every bite.My husband had the seared duck breast with fingerling potatoes and a variety of tasty seasonal vegetables which he thoroughly enjoyed as well.Both our meals were beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and delicious. Our compliments to the wonderful chef! We had an absolutely delightful experience!

Catered a private corporate function for us and it was incredible. Angie was a terrific host and did a great job not only via her incredible service but also with the preplanning of our event. We had a dinner the week before with friends and they agreed with us that Blighty's is their new favorite restaurant. Jeremy the chef is very talented and prepares his dishes with a great deal of care which shows. Our out of town guests at the corporate dinner considered the dishes to be fine dining quality. We will be back.

Dinner was delicious and the service was spectacular. Despite being the only server on shift and a full house, Angie made us feel like we were her most important table. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Not That GoodWe thought we give this place a try it was a disappointment we ordered the brie appetizer and it was bland and on the menu it said it came with red pepper jelly and we received just diced red pepper come on restaurant the public knows what pepper jelly is!Our server Angie was great told us it could be changed on the menu…it’s just it’s just a piece of paper easy to do so why didn’t they do it the question?thanks Angie for the complementary glass of wine for this mistake …and our main dishes were so so ….the veg on the dishes were over cooked aweful zucchiniTo bad we won’t be back

I had a wonderful time at Blighty's for dinner. The food delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish was outstanding. 10 stars to the chef's in the back! Sam and James. And a special thanks to Bob our fabulous waiter who made the even so fun.
