Ordered beef gyu don and they gave me udon. I even asked the server if that's how you pronounce it and she confirmed. Once I got home I realized they gave me the wrong food, so I called them and they hung up on me when I asked them for the right dish. I just wanted my money back at this point. When Iwent back they said they were out of the broth for the gyu don so they wanted to give me the broth that I originally took home, but I said no thanks and asked for a refund. They wanted to argue with me. I asked again for a refund. Food is good, but hours are incorrect. It says open until 9:30pm on google and on the sign on the door. We got there at 9:10 and the door was locked, someone who worked there literally shooed us away from within. Change your hours if you aren’t intending on staying open until 9:30…

One of the best restaurants in town for steak dinners.The last time I was at Chiba (July 28th, 2023) all four of us ordered the steak and it was blissful dining!I also get pick up orders for steaks and rice with Chiba's sesame steak sauce. Try the steak, you will thank me. Cheers!

The service was great! Super friendly, and when I forgot my phone inside, one of the hostesses/servers ran down the street to give it to me! Excellent sushi and sashimi as well. The inside is very comfortable and relaxed, with gentle jazz music playing during the meal. Would recommend!
