First time going to chucks burger with my hubby at 9 months pregnant, I had such a good time and will definately be coming back. We each got a burger, him with a caesar and I with a side of poutine and we got onion rings as a starter. It was sooooooo delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh and amazing. The flavors were great. Prices are fair for food portions. Definately will be returning. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive despite the restaurant being full. She was always making sure we were ok. Very pleased with food and service.

Quite disappointed with my overall experience. Fried on the poutine was stale and cold so cheesy wasn’t melted and stringy. Burger was cold, and atmosphere was noisy. No social distance measure and there was a party in the back.

This burger place knows how to do it right!!! All of the Staff were really helpful and super friendly! The food was so good and the portions can feed a small army. This place doesn't miss a beat when it comes to quality food, and people. Well done ?

My friends and I walked in Friday night without reservations when it’s was clearly packed and was greeted and welcomed by the most polite hostess we’ve ever encountered, he got us a table, made sure it was sanitized, and made our drinks and delivered them which was a first for all of us, great guy. Our server Sarah provided us with outstanding service, she was clearly busy and still made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire visit with a great attitude. The manager (Ben) - I believe, had the uppermost hospitality not only towards all customers but his co-workers as well, over heard him ask them if they need anything or help with anything multiple occasions, our food tasted amazing, the music was great, the atmosphere was great, highly recommended, we all will be back. Amazing Service!

Came in on a very busy Friday night with some friends, had an amazing time! Great food, good atmosphere, the staff look like they really enjoy working there, attentive service while being busy. The host, I think his name was Tristan, amazing! So kind and welcoming, could easily have been our server, as he had recommendations for us while he brought us to our table with the menus, truly above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back!

Was excited to try this place but unfortunately we had a really disappointing experience. We had a First Table reservation which promises 50% off the food if you pay a $10 fee to make a reservation through the service. We mentioned that to the server when we arrived and she just seemed annoyed and told us that we should have called ahead because 'the online reservations are unreliable'. Not sure how we were supposed to be aware of that (and the restaurant was almost empty at this time, so it wasn't as if it actually caused any problems..) I got the feeling that she didn't fully understand what we were trying to say so I mentioned again when she took our order that it was through the First Table service and she just seemed annoyed again and said she was aware we booked online but that it was unreliable. I just dropped it as we were hungry and wanted to eat. We ordered a number of items that were required to redeem the deal that we probably wouldn't have otherwise, including a starter of onion rings that never came. At the end of it we were still charged full price, which we just paid anyway because at that point we just wanted to leave. So we paid $10 for a voucher that did not get honored. Food was decent, but not worth it for the price point and the rest of the experience. Probably will not be back.

Really really good, food. We had the Fancy Schmancy Cheese bison burger, pulled pork pouting and Greek salad. Greek salad came with really fresh goat cheese fantastic olives (pits in so watch your teeth). The burger with 3 cheeses, fancy Dijon mustard and bison ground, so Good. The pulled pork poutine also really a step above best pulled pork in town.Further the staff where curious and friendly. Overall really impressed.
Came to Victoria with family to visit my son. Decided to stop here for dinner while exploring downtown . Food was ok except for the special which was grossly overseasoned. Thought it was a little pricey for what we got and the service we got. 2 of our party ordered the drink special ($16 each) A glass full of ice and some alcohol. Literally 3 sips and it was gone. Didn't check the bill till later (my bad) and saw that the special burger was $32!!!! Called and spoke to the manager who told me our servers pad was programmed wrong. He said he would make it right and throw a free burger in for the inconvenience. I appreciated this however when we returned no one new about it. I called the next day and left a message. No one returned the call but when my son went by later in the week there was an envelope with a partial refund that didn't even cover the full difference of the pricing error. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. I won't or any of our party won't be back. There are a lot of other good spots in Victoria with better service and food for those prices

The burgers are good (prefer to build my own) and they have a surprisingly delicious caesar salad too! Their poutine is really good too. The food is pricey but the portions are very large, and the service has always been very good, above average for Victoria. We last went a couple days ago. Our server knocked over and broke the glass hand sanitizer and the cook forgot the cheese on my burger, but both things were quickly rectified, so I didn't mind at all. The guys in the kitchen were clearly having a good time, and that made me feel happy too.

Been here quite a few times now and amazingly every time our experience is beyond expectations. The food was absolutely wonderful from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. I really enjoyed my Caesar drink with bacon cheese balls. My husband had BBQ burger and he loved it! will he here again for sure

Went with 4 friends on a Thursday evening. Ordered 2 veggie burgers and 2 chicken burgers. There was hardly anyone else in the establishment (Weekday). Waited 35 minutes for 4 burgers. Horrible horrible customer service. Staff had don't care attitude. Long wait times for nothing. The bad customer service Left a bad taste in the mouth and completely ruined my first time experience. Not going back there again. Won't recommend anyone else to go either. Too much attitude in the servers for an overpriced dry burger.
