Très bon bar-restaurant. Le service est très bon. La cuisine l'est tout autant, en particulier les burger. Le restaurant propose différentes méthodes de paiement, par cash ou par carte bancaire. Les toilettes sont propres. Attention tout de même, car cela reste un bar, la musique est forte et peu déranger les clients. Dans l'ensemble mon expérience a été ravie.

Worst food I have ever eaten in Victoria ! Wasn't expecting a Michelin 5 star experience but the food was virtually inedible. I am sure it is fine for a cold drink as the regulars at the bar can attest to, but stay away from the food !

great prices and atmosphere, but all our dishes were so bland ?. the mac n cheese and vodka rigatoni was the most disappointing we ended up adding salt to all of our dishes. not sure if the plastic straws were old because they kept cracking... the table beside us was trying to order for a while but all the staff were chatting/debriefing in a booth? the union street salad wasn't bad tho.

This establishment was the worst investment of my money. It's completely inaccessible for disabled individuals, with raised stools and tables on a platform impossible for anyone with mobility issues. The waitress was rude, especially when we had to use their ATM and were charged $4 for the privilege. No tip and definitely never returning. Maybe change the ridiculous ATM so your patrons could afford to tip thier waitress provided she changes her attitude?

Figured I'd stop by for a quick bite. Instead it felt like the longest meal ever.1 star because 0 isn't available.1, we waited quite some time to order2, the food came out at different times3, the food was cold and we were given a replacement of fries. (slamming the plate on the table and walking away was so uncalled for!! Seriously? What????)4, dirty, awful looking cups for water. I couldn't imagine what the cooking ware looks like. Oh my goodness. . .....5, should probably start implementing that you are Credit/Cash only, but also reconsider your Cash Handling procedures differently. I had exact cash for the bill and they would not accept it?6, tried recovering the bill as we were over charged, instead we got mocked by the "manager". Every thing we had to say she said "cool", "mhm", like she wasn't really listening and just wanted more money.7, she eventually changed the bill but slapped it on the table and walked away. How does this really help the situation? We do not work there, we don't know how to use the credit machine, what did you expect us to do?Super unprofessional and unfriendly environment. Will not be visiting again and don't recommend to anyone.
