I've only had Fatburger in Langford and they've always been amazing, but I haven't had a great burger since they closed for renos. I was so excited to pick up a good burger after work and go home to eat.Sadly that wasn't the case. Asking for a plain burger with just the patty and cheese is generally a pretty easy thing, but please, if you mess up making it and actually cover it with sauce and everything else, please just make a new one instead of poorly scraping it off and handing it to the customer anyways. They may have asked for it plain because they don't like the other stuff. I'd rather wait the extra 10 minutes. $24 straight to the trash. Thanks Fatburger.

Surprisingly good simple cheeseburger. The onion rings are also very good, and the Cajun spice adds some extra flavor to the fries. While it's not cheap, it's heads above any fast food burgers.

The burgers and fries were fresh and delicious and I appreciated that the workers checked in on me as I enjoyed my meal. My only small critique would be that you don't have to check in on guests multiple times as they eat their meals, just once is all we need :)

their burgers are so good, you'll return to savor every bite of their reasonably priced cuisine. Other than that, their restaurant is quite clean, and the moment you walk in, you can smell the food being prepared, which will make you incredibly hungry.

We go to Fatburger Langford and the service and food there are so good. Like top notch. Eggs are always cooked properly, fresh bread, etc. The Victoria Fatburger? First time eating breakfast and there were so may things wrong. My easy over Eggs were over medium and my husband's over medium eggs were so cooked and like rubber. The bread was not fresh. Toast should not be hard to bite into. The potatoes were almost completely cooked. Not happy and won't be back. Too bad. We love our breakfasts out.
