Great service and food, plus a nice view of the harbour if you can get a spot in the sheltered outdoor patio. The steelhead and sablefish main dishes in particular are quite good. Service is very attentive and checks in regularly to see if you need anything or to refill water. There is also convenient and abundant parking in the adjacent Wharf street parking lot, just be sure to enter via the right lane as you can't turn left into the lot.

A really nice restaurant with a pub feel. Bar seating lends a down to earth touch while lobby and decor hint at a higher end vision. The Boss and I came for fish and chips. We both ordered the haddock and chips which came with a large, crispy, heavy, beer battered flakey, white, moist haddock nestled amongst crispy pub style chips. The slaw looked to be house made and was fresh and crisp. Washed it down with another local IPA.I’ve had better fish and chips, especially for a $26 plate, it was good, but…… service couldn’t have been better and the restaurant was lovely inside.

We had a lovely dinner at Finns the other night, there was a great selection of cocktails wines and beers to get us started and the food was just incredible. We had Laura as our server who was so sweet and on top of the entire service the whole evening. Looking forward to coming back!

The best customer service ever!Me and my fiancé visited the restaurant without any reservation. We were concerning about the availability because it was a weekend. Thankfully, there was an available table but it was a small table which was only available at that moment. I asked for any other table just for a chance with respect.Surprisingly, the manager, Maria offered us a great table with a great view. Our table assistant, Hunter was very friendly with great customer service.This is why we love our vacation in Victoria.Thank you Maria and Hunter for your amazing service.

We're locals who rediscovered Finn's during the quiet of Covid and have since gone back several times when we wanted something that felt a bit more special than our regular haunts.The seafood linguini and chowder are both favourites. However, I gave the pizza a try, it's a new menu item, and do not recommend it; it lacked flavour and texture. Note to self...stick to the seafood in a seafood restaurant!Each dining area has its own vibe, and we've enjoyed the atmosphere and unique features of this historic building.Highly recommend. Read one of the other reviews and think next time I'll make sure to save room for dessert too!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Finn on two separate occasions, and I would say it was a mix of positives and negatives.While my first visit provided a pleasant experience, the average quality of the food left me somewhat underwhelmed. On the other hand, my second visit, which ended with a confusing rejection at the door, left me with a sour impression.During my initial visit, I had high hopes for the restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive. However, the food itself was rather average. While it didn't ruin the overall experience, it left me with a sense of mediocrity.Unfortunately, my second visit turned out to be more disappointing. It was a weekday afternoon, and the restaurant appeared to be open, with lots of empty tables. However, when I attempted to enter, I was told that there would be a 30-minute wait without further explanation. This was perplexing, as the establishment seemed far from busy.Given the underwhelming food quality and the confusing rejection during my second visit, it's unlikely that I will be returning to Finn. While individual experiences may vary, I find it difficult to recommend Finn based on my encounters. There are other dining options available that offer more consistent food quality and a clearer understanding of customer service.

The steak was one of the best ones I've ever had! Really good qualitiy meat and it was totally worth the money. They said it is also a nut free kitchen, so I had no problems eating there with my allergy. I can only recommend this place!
All in all one of the best steaks ever. I would recommend it.

This was my first experience here. It was a work event and a lot of us. The wait staff was incredible. Excellent food and delicious wine. We spared no expense and it was 100% worth it. One of the best restaurants in Victoria.
