The service is excellent as always. They make their own wontons and I recommend this as a good lunch place to meet friends. They have excellent lunch options to customize your meal at reasonable prices.

Paid 96$ for the worst Chinese food mommy can buy, got a meal for 4 with a substitution and sooo pricy, chow mien was super over cooked and soggy and mushy, deep fried prawns still had guts and poop in them, breaded almond chicken was undercooked and had raw batter inside, only good part of the entire meal was the

Pickup takeaway order, picked up 12 min after placing order, drove 10 mins home. All 4 dishes were cold. Chicken Chow Mein was noodles with shredded deli meat slapped on top, Crispy Ginger Beef (spicy) was Mushy Beef? (flavourless). Sweet n Sour Pork was clearly dumped as-is out of a bucket.Easily the worst Chinese food I've ever had.. and I've had Chinese food in a village of 1500 people in the middle of the North West Territories.

This has to be the absolute worst Chinese food I've ever had (and I've had some pretty bad Chinese food). Honestly I can make better Chinese food with my eyes closed and I'm a white male. I have no idea how this place can keep its doors open. We ordered chicken chow mein (bland, flavorless noodles and shreds of chicken), sweet and sour pork (almost pure gristle) and Ginger beef and pineapple (half cooked vegetables, Japanese pickled ginger and the tiniest pieces of pineapple you can get without puréing it). Do not waste your money.

We used to consider fonbos as having the best food in the area. However the dinner for two we ordered today was among the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. The chow menu was ICE cold as was the sweet and sour pork. The pork was full of gristle. We didn’t get the spring rolls. The only thing that was good was the chop suet and that had 1/2 cup of onions in it. We won’t be back. L
Meal was excellent got the 2 course dinner, wonton soup was a perfect sized starter and I even had leftover, great prices.

Always great for lunch! We always find our way back here for lunch, enjoyable food at a great price. The entire experience is like dropping by a local secret and being welcomed like family.

Ordered take out yesterday - asked for pick up at a certain time (after 30 minute hit ?). Food was ready right on time and everything was delicious! Hong Kong style chow mein and almond chicken was still crispy after the drive home! Prices seem pretty good and the lady that helped me was very nice. Would totally order from there again.?

Ginger beef was excellent. So was the diced chicken chop suey with almonds. Quick service. Attentive wait staff.
