I used to be a regular client. However, since today March 7th, I realized that the quality of the pizzas is different now. It doesn't taste the same and even looks different.

Went in to get my daughter a slice.They had 2 slices of cheese left. Nothing else.15 minute wait for 2 pizzas that hadn’t even hit the oven yet.Surfer boy serving me seemed annoyed to be working of course.I opted to get a slice of cheese as we didn’t have time to wait.I asked how much for one slice of the old wrinkly cheese.$5 he says. WOW.OK. I than ask how much I can get both slices for.$10 he says.I say, you have to be joking.Terrible customer service.

I’m outside the hot house pizza in the parking lot. Currently waiting for my calzone… but if it’s anything like the service it’ll be top notch. I’m 30 years and I’ve never tried a calzone before but the guy made it special for me (he put pesto as well as pizza sauce inside) will come back to this review later to let you all know about the taste but so far atmosphere and service has been 10/10. The parking lot is empty and so is my stomach but soon all will be right.

*CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR HAIR* The glass where the slices of pizza sit was filthy and had pieces of hair stuck to the inside of the glass , came here on April 11th 2023 and the hair was on the glass and came here April 15th 2023 ( that’s 4 days if the staff not cleaning the inside and outside of where the pizza sits) DISGUSTING that this company doesn’t clean where the slices of pizza sit all day every day ….. disappointing .

This place is a joke, it's never open or closed early, which is good cause their "pizza" tasted like hot garbage on top of cardboard. Looking forward to see what business takes up this spot when this place inevitably closes for good.
In the past I have had Great service. Tonight I ordered for pickup and they told me 30 min. I showed up after 20 min and paid. They told me 25 more min. After 25 Min I went back and they again told me 8 more min, and then another 2 min. If it is going to take an hour let me know and I would expect it. Wasted my time. Next time, if there is a next time, I am not paying until I get my food. Definitely the C team on tonight. The Pizza doesn't even deserve the box it came in. Shame on you C team.

I like the style of pizza, but they can be so skimpy with toppings here compared to other hot house locations. It's been the same deal multiple times with a different person making it. Overall it's good pizza, but not the best option.

Vegetable pizzas were disappointing. Veggies had very little flavour, too little, if any, salt or spices. And it was dry.

Today I called this location I was greatly with a friendly voice and was told 25 minutes for my two large pizzas. I walked 4 blocks to grab them worth the walk for sure these pizzas were stacked. Under 40 bucks what a steal! Thanks again I will be back ???
