So happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem, tucked in by the Double Tree and Bartholomew's, a bar with a cool, cozy atmosphere, inventive cocktails, and gifted mixologists with a real curiosity and zeal for making aesthetic and delicious drinks. Enjoyed the fried olives that paired well with our drinks, and they offered other small plates that looked interesting. The cocktails are the stars of the show and some are quite beautiful like the oceanic blue Cyanometer. We also tried Theory of Colours, Life in The Woods, Concentrated Sunbeams, and Diamond of Urals and also some Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 Year Peated Scotch, which was surprisingly good. Would be coming here regularly if we lived in the area!

I loveeeee the atmosphere. I enjoyed the dim lighting, quite and relaxing environment. Our server explained the cocktail menu really well and the history of Humboldt and the inspiration of the drinks. He even offered to explain the history/background of how the drink was inspired by. My Cotopaxi drink was amazing. It has a smoky taste and it was served warm. A bit like mulled wine. There was a cool fire spark as the bartender made it. We also had a cola and lost luggage.

This has to be one of the best cocktail bars I have ever been to. The atmosphere was intimate. Cozy. And music set to just the right volume. Our server (Grant) was knowledgeable and attentive. The menu was nothing like I had seen. If you are looking for a cocktail adventure then this is the place to go. The ice cubes are incredibly clear and even monogrammed with an H. I had the hot rum drink with mole and I was directed to watch the bartender start it on fire. The cup it was served in was unique and fitting for the theme of the drink. Go to this bar.
