Overall a very nice coffee shop to go to. The bannock breakfast sandwich was amazing; nice soft bread, well poached eggs, great bacon, with salad. The scones were really good; soft, and flavourful. The tea was good.

Came as a group of three. One of our members had life threatening allergies and wanted to inquire about ingredients in a scone. The two men working the cafe side at 1pm on Mar 22/24 started whispering to each other after I wanted know if there were eggs in the scone. They had no ingredient list for any item. What bothered me and prompted me to write this review was they started to snicker to each other and continue to whisper. They had no resources to figure this out. This would not have been the end of the world but both just stared at me like I was asking too much to know if there were eggs in an item.The one man did ask if he could get me something else which seems like it could be helpful but since I would need to know what was in other items and they couldn’t seem to answer any questions to do with ingredients, I told them I would have to take my business elsewhere.

Worst pizza ever! Our mushroom pizza was burnt by an angry employee who didn't want us to sit at this place's tables carrying food from another nearby restaurant while we waited for him to finish baking our pizza. Terrible service from this male employee with tattoos all over his face. Terrible pizza also from him. He should not be dealing with public
To be honest I really like this place but I ordered potato and leek soup and it was full of bacon and nobody told me and I chewed into a piece blindly even though I'm a vegetarian.. how could you not label something as being full of chunks of pig that I just helped support the slaughter of by accidentally purchasing. I was too mad to even complain and left.

The imagine cafe was an absolute delight from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and super patient… it was our fist time and we asked a lot of questions ?… the baker at the cafe was a straight-up awesome guy! I’mThe coffee was the best we had in Victoria! We ordered a Portobello mushroom pizza ? … it was absolutely delicious! We ended off our visit with brownies. You gotta try the brownies!
